Unique Camping Shelters

Due to being in bear country, we want our campers to be safe. Although we cannot allow tent camping, we offer these alternatives.

-We allow rooftop tents on top of vehicles.

- Car Camping. Some people decide to stay in their vehicle. That is $27.50 per night.

The Haven Of Rest Inside
The Haven Of Rest Outside

The Haven Of Rest. A dry cabin-style space with cots, made from a converted RV, which can sleep up to 4 people. The base price is $70 for one person, with $25 for each additional guest.

Eagle Shadow Camper Outside

The Eagle Shadow Camper is a fully functional Shadow Cruiser RV trailer with space for up to 5 people. It starts at $95 for one person and $15 each additional person.

The Eagle's Nest Outside

The Eagles Nest. A unique, safe camping space with cots inside a cleaned-out bus. There are two separate units. Each unit can fit 2 people. The base fee of $60 for one unit covers one person, with an additional charge of $20 per night for each extra guest.

The Bear Den Outside

The Bear Den is a fully furnished cabin off the main campground property. It can fit up to 2 people with one full-sized bed. The price is $95, with $10 for each additional guest.

The Beaver Lodge Outside

​The Beaver Lodge- a conversion van with a bed suitable for 2 people. The price is $50 for 1 person, and $25 more for an additional person.​

There is a lot to do in our area from Hiking, to sightseeing, bear viewing, boating, fishing, birdwatching, etc. We have a little of everything in our little corner of Alaska!

You'll be blown away by the views of Salmon Glacier and Portland Canal, and make sure to check out the grizzly bears catching Salmon at the Fish Creek Wildlife observation area while you're here! If you hit it just right, you may even see some wolves coming out to get their fill of fish.
